Lots of people have pain between their shoulder blades these days due to round shouldered posture at the computer. The question is does this mean the muscles between the shoulder blades are over or under active? Muscles can be strong and tight or weak and tight. How do we determine that? That's what the NKT testing protocol is designed for, determining neurologically how related muscles work together. In the shoulder example, let's say the rhomboids are painful. First we have to understand why they are over contracting. Are their functional opposites the pectorals, over or under active? We have to test to know that. Then we can determine which muscle to release and which to activate. Don't assume because a muscle is tight, it's overworking. Test don't guess. One Shoulder Dresses 2020
